What is Hijingo?
Hijingo is bingo rebuilt as a production. You sit at a table with an electronic ticket while a host runs the game over a light and laser show, with six rounds building toward escalating prizes, including cash jackpots and holidays. It's the most passive activity in this set and the most theatrical.
The main room seats up to 185 guests. It's a single site, in Shoreditch, and closed on Mondays.
How does it work?
You book a seat at a specific show time rather than an open slot, so arrive at least 15 minutes early; the Lucky Cat Bar opens an hour before the first show of the day if you want to get there sooner. A standard session runs for around two hours across six rounds.
Groups of 15 or more can book the Neko Box, a raised semi-private area with the best view of the stage. If your group is booking as separate parties and wants to sit together, contact Hijingo at least 48 hours ahead; they'll try to accommodate it but can't guarantee it.
How much does it cost?
Priced by show, not by duration, and the spread between shows on the same day is wide.
| Day | Rate | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| Monday | Closed | No shows |
| Tuesday | £16 | All shows |
| Wednesday | £16 or £20 | £16 at 17:00 and 21:00, £20 at 19:00 |
| Thursday | £16 to £20 | Same shape as Wednesday and Friday: a cheaper slot, a pricier evening show |
| Friday | £16 or £20 | £16 at 16:00 and 22:00, £20 at 18:00 and 20:00 |
| Saturday | £16 or £24 | £16 at 12:30 and 22:30, £24 for everything else |
| Sunday | £16 | All day |

What that means in practice
- £24 on a Saturday is the highest entry price of any venue we cover. It is also avoidable: the 12:30 and 22:30 shows on the same day are £16.
- Tuesday and Sunday are a flat £16 whenever you go, which makes them the easy answer for a group on a budget.
- The prime evening slots carry the premium on Wednesday and Friday, and it is the 18:00 and 19:00 shows that cost most, not the late ones.
- For twelve people, a Saturday evening show is £288 against £192 for the same group at 22:30.
Game entry doesn't include food or drink. Birthday packages (six rounds, Prosecco and a gift) start from £22 per person. Party packages for hen/stag or group celebrations start from £32. Bottomless Brunch, with unlimited drinks and a main alongside two games, runs £35 to £49 depending on the day. Larger private events run roughly £35 to £59 per person including more food and drinks, with lower rates off-peak.
What is the food and drink like?
Food covers bao buns, burgers, tacos and sharing bites, alongside a full cocktail list. It isn't included in the game-entry price; see the packages above if you want food and drink bundled in.
How do you get there?

Shoreditch. Old Street on the Northern line and Liverpool Street on the Central, Circle and mainline services both work, with Shoreditch High Street on the Overground as a third option. Good for a group coming from the City or the east.
How do you book?
Book online through Hijingo's own site, choosing a specific show time; because seats are sold against a show rather than an open slot, popular Saturday shows sell out early. Game entry is debit card only, since Hijingo is licensed by the Gambling Commission and credit cards can't be used for the game stake, though food and drink can be paid by card as normal.
For bookings made 8 or more days ahead, a 25% deposit secures the table, with the remaining balance split among the group through Hijingo's Group Pay. Cancellations and amendments are accepted up to 48 hours before your booking; within 48 hours, bookings are non-refundable, though you'll still get your bingo cards and any prepaid food or drink.
Full venue hire and private events go through a separate, contract-based process with Hijingo's events team.
